    ...well mine was west of Ryde... so different place...same experience though... Don't worry, VW will probably send you a feedback form to do on-line...a great opportunity to give some constructive feedback! Not sure what they do with it though!

      i gave my feedback straight to the sales manager.......and made it really black and white.

        I am having HUGE dramas with my dealership 8 weeks after I picked up the car without the wheels i asked and paid for. They owe me $2100 for the wheels, and when I get the cheque this week, I am going to send the dealer management and VW Australia copies of the records of conversation I have taken for the past 8 weeks...And trust me, its not a glowing report...I keep records of conversation for everything when money is involved(Especially to me!!).
