Best offset for 19x8.5's?

Like the heading asks, what is the Best offset for 19x8.5's? And tyre widths? Please just personal experience? I know some of you don't like 19's, but that's your unwanted opinion...

I have 50 offset on my 8.5"x19" rims which are currently running on 235/35/19 but will be switching to 245/35/19.

Do you have any pics? Do you rub? How low are you? Have you had your guards rolled? Ineed to give the specs of what I want my new wheels machined to... so thanks for any info!!

Standard suspension and no need for any mods if you have the right offset. I am waiting for the 245s to be in stock so will have to wait and see.

as per every other mk5 on here.
19x8.5et45 225/35, will rub depending on height and how you drive
could prob bring it back to 8.5et47-48 without any issues on the inside
