I'm curious as to how often ships loaded with vdubbs come to australia. It seems that most people are getting their cars around this time.

The Asian King arrived last in Melbourne last Friday with a load of VWs. It was heading to NSW and Qld and had already been to Perth. I hunted through the numbers on the tracking site, and there were a lot of cars on board.

nice! so that might mean my car was in the melbourne batch last friday! wow... exciting!
Any idea how long it took for the whole journey from factory to aus?
I heard the ship visits heaps of factories around the world like... Mexico, South africa and germany is that true?

Type in the VIN and you'll get some info on your car. If you click on the voyage, you'll get a breakdown of what the ship is doing.
