Centre vent assembly came apart

Gene, any chance of you wanting to sell those vents of yours? Lost one side piece behind dash and the other disappeared under seat tracking. Quoted $200 by VW for replacement.

This thread bring back lots of nightmares about when it happened to me. Spent a long time saying the F word trying to get it back together but figured it out eventually. I'd love to say that I know how to do it but its actually an experience I want to erase from my memory.

I had to unbolt and remove a front seat just to retrieve one of those little F pieces... a fiddly job for sure.
