That's what this paper says it does with the Subaru WRX in 2003.

If so, would the ALK alone, without the stiffer FSB, increase front roll (thus increasing front end grip)?

Edit: just seen that it does do all this on the Rennenhaus site
Yes these do basically what the paper for the Subaru says.

A sway bar does not add castor but our Anti lift kit does and what we were talking about.

It changes the position of the rear of the control arm and pushes the whee slightly forward hence adding castor

Thanks for the link to the paper - this would then explain why my car no longer dives into dips and hard turns with the ALK installed. The ALK does both jobs of anti-lift and anti-dive.

Sounds good, how much are they gonna cost me and will they work with my H&R sways?

Do a search online. MRT in Sydney and Rennenhaus in Gosford are dealers and have online stores.

The ALK works independent of the sways - i.e. you don't have to have WL sways installed.

            *Update* Found this online:

            $259

              Ah, got you.

We could use some more castor on the prior Polo GTI...

Actually, the ALK is REDUCING your anti-lift/dive so that your wheels can drop into dips through suspension droop rather than the whole car tipping into the dip. It should also make the car more compliant over sharp speed humps.

As for the reduced movement in hard turns, that would be the anti roll bars, not the ALK at work.
