All up cost was $2200 with the yokis.
I priced the tyres separately at another tyre dealer and it would have cost a bit more for the whole package.

Red may be the devils colour, but this car is pure heaven

Maybe i just get the Audi caps? or is that a bit tacky? like having a lexus sticker on a Toyota?

its hard to say as urs is a mk5. On 19's on my mk4 its 50mm at the rear and 40mm at the front. no rubbing at the rear. just rubs at the front on a full turn, only really skims the inner guards.

I was thinking 30-40mm but depends on how much im driving it then, is still daily driver at the moment but wont be for much longer, thats when i'll be spending the dosh on coilovers etc, plus I cant afford it right now, building a house which is sucking my funds and will to live

So i got my A8 reps (18 x 8 ) this morning and got them fitted elsewhere this afternoon. They look good I know they have been overdone on golfs perhaps but i still reckon they look hawt...even on my filthy silver/brown car! I ended up with Kumho rubber and to be fair, they feel pretty good, no noise, handle well in the dry. The guy at the place that fitted them said they were a great tyre too, obviously no CSC2 but for the money, im not complaining so far!

Ill take some quick snaps when my camera charges up a bit.

They look particularly good on a silver golf. I like!

Caps are VERY tight fit, no danger of them flinging off, thanks for tip, was something I checked before i left.

my caps got stolen not long ago and picked up a new set from tempe, apparently they have a new design of caps as they have been having problems with the older batch. my new caps fit on tight now, no caps flying off anymore!

yeah I realise there are pics on their website but would like to know what they are like in person as in their build quality.

It was the mk5 ones I was interested in.
