Got to give these guys a good rap.

They installed an RNS510 into my R32 about 18 months ago, and a bit later the Skoda phone kit. The RNS that was first installed never found any satellites, and was of course replaced.

Now, quite some time down the road, the second RNS developed an intermittent screen fault. To get me back onto the road quickly, they removed the brand new unit from Deans equally new Mk6 GTI and installed that into my car. I'm sure a dealer wouldn't have fixed the issue anywhere near as quickly or easily.

Very good people to deal with.

as far as I know VW Aus should be the only people who handle your Warrenty claims mate. Because you should be getting the parts replaced for free under warrenty

Volkspower will do anything else however!
