Hello all, i have the Engine check light on so i took it to an auto electrician who has a Vag com. he found the following code 16825 P0441. i have looked the code up on the Ross Tech site and this is the breakdown.

    Possible Solutions
Check Evaporative Emission (EVAP) Canister Purge Regulator Valve (N80)

    Check Evaporative Emission (EVAP) Canister

did you reset the fault and see if it comes back again.....?

sometimes things play up once....and that throws a fault up.....
they may then work fine again after that......

or if its a definite fault.....it will come up again after a reset......

and in answer to your question.....yes....that looks like the valve...........
remove it and see if its clean.....

Cheers for that Schultz and yes I have reset the system and it has returned. I have changed the plugs as I thought that mybe it's something simple but it came back...

On the preasure valve,I check and I blew air and it only passed thru one way so i believe that works.

      Thanks in advance

most common cause for check engine light to come on......is oxygen sensors playing up......

maybe you could swap yours with a close friend who might be willing.....as long as the vehicles are identical.......
and see if the fault comes back on yours....or transfers to the other vehicle....

trial and error is pretty much how most of these faults are diagnosed.....
if parts can be borrowed......its cheaper than buying new parts only to find that wasnt the problem......

just an idea.......swapping parts for diagnosis purposes.....then when the fault is found....the faulty part can be replaced......
