My old mechanic mentioned to me that its actually good to be toe'd out rather than in on our cars, as it helps with tyre wear and makes steering a bit sharper. My car from factory 25ks old was apparently toe'd out a little.

Has anyone else tried this or have details/specs of a good alignment setup or should I just leave it to the professionals.
