By saving $$$ on the interior plastics and layout, they could throw in a DSG and a beaut of an engine in the 2.0 TFSI and still be able to compete with the Liberties, and the Accord Euros...

To me, it was a sacrifice worth taking, and now I'm greatful, because the performance of the engine is better than anything I've ever owned. Pleasure to drive.
Agreed 100%. Even though the interior can be a little blah, it's still awesome. And it's still functional yet stylish enough to have caught my attention.

This thread is going to have the "OEM" crowd drooling!

I would suggest some R line fog grills to compliment the black center grill and give it a subtle but aggressive look at the front.

What are they? But you really shouldn't show me considering I really shouldn't spend any more on the car!! I was kicking myself though because about 2 weeks after I got my rims, some kerbed (repairable) R32 rims came up for sale in Brisbane. I would've snatched them up in a heartbeat!!!

So as some of you may know, I was having troubles with the signal on my radio. Southport happily replaced the head unit but now I've got a few questions:
1- When on CD mode, the songs seem to fade in missing maybe the first second of the track. This never happened on my old head unit, can this be simply resolved?

2- When starting a new track or switching to aux mode, there is low volume beep/beeps that comes through, anyone know what that could be?

            Thanks!

Might get a better response if you start a new thread on this issue.

Was thinking that but I thought I'd try this seeing as it's still related to my car.. Will post something in the audio section.

                Thanks
