    2602 postcode.
We have maximum no claim bonus.

      This is what we found.

Me 32 , wifey 31. Relative good suburb 2125. Paying AAMI $1190 for full agreed value on the new car. 1 hail damage claim in the last 3 years.

Seems to have gone up since i checked the first time when we were thinking about the car back in june. It was $880 then.

I don't recall the exact figure but we're paying approx $480 (from memory) for full comprehensive insurance on my Mk5 GTI with Suncorp Metway.

        I'm 36, wife 39 (she doesn't drive it) and we're in Toowoomba Qld 4350.

I have no idea what they're basing larger premiums on in other areas. Are many of them being stolen (I wouldn't think so) or crashed (possible I guess).

If I tried to insure a WRX (my second last car) in the same location the price would easily be close to or over $1000.

Probably due to it being Sydney.
Insurance companies get hit hard at least 1 or 2 times a year due to large hailstones. Also lots of minor carpark scrapes and dings because people cant drive and fail to leave notes.

Just changed to Guild insurance, $750, much better! They won't allow any mods though (flash tune doesn't count as a mod, right )
