Ah ok.. just thought there may have been a choice, but if not may as well go custom!

I would have got my car with black leather if it had been available but at the time it was the only demo in the state and all the TDI's were like 4K more which would have meant a GTI would be almost same price. So got the Demo TSI and saved about 8k vs the cheapest GTI I could find.

I thought the dark head lining and dark pilars were only available for the 'relli's? I sat in a 'relli a while back and the dark head lining and pilars made it look really nice.

your mod looks the goods, i wonder if Misha ever got around to checkering his head lining?

I can't rave about the VHT Vinyl dye enough... it works on plastic so well, you totally forget what colour it was previously and it just looks factory. It even does rubber/rubberised hooks and bits just as well.

Its like a one size fits all colour spray as it makes the fabric one colour and all other plastic and trim a suitable blackish colour.

When used throughout like in my car, the effect is one of OEM look and feel.
