I can see in years to come drivers will be so stupid they will create nozzles out of different shapes to prevent these problems. If the parents can't fit the correct nozzle at least they can get their two year old out to do it for them

That's actually a really logical solution for this problem..

I mean they've already made the high-flow nozzle for diesel that would never fit in any car..

They should cancel the drivers license of people that are too stupid to RTFM or read the inside of the fuel flap.

Also, weren't the lead petrol fuel hose nozzles wider than the tank openings for ULP cars, for that very reason (ie to prevent the use of lead petrol in ULP vehicles)? Not sure about the lead-replacement fuel nozzles we have now...
