No, its an actual VW dealership. I recently got my car serviced at Highway and wouldn't consider going back to Garry Crick (not that they were bad, but the service I recieved at highway was top notch).

Highway offer a free courtesy car on the day of your service. You generally need to book at least two weeks in advance to get one of the cars. Driving a Mk6 (or another late model vw) for the day is no punishment!!
