        Buy one as a spare.....

If that is a DSG, that would be a steal! Congrats!

          I don't think its 34K for a Pirelli GTI... I reckon its 43K... but even @ 43K is a great deal.

But if its 34K, tell me the dealer... I'll be signing tonight! If I can't get that deal, it means you must have given extra 'benefits'

While on the subject of prices, would anyone know what a 2.0TDI DSG either mkV or mkVI would go for, on the road

Sorry i was in such a rush typing on my phone, yes it was $43,000. I just got home and I will take pictures tomorrow.

I got free parking sensors too

Edit: I didn't manage to get many photos as where I park it is quite dark, i'll take some proper shots on the weekend. quite stoked, coming from driving a b16a powered 1968 mini it's a big step up!

My goodness, you don't muck around do you?? Car bought and delivered all in a matter of hours!
                        Congrats!

BTW to all us West Aussie, the difference between our best prices and those over East are the differences in the stamp duty. On a $45k car, the difference is $1800. That's why we will never be able to get those drive-away prices

I honestly only wanted a standard GTI, I talked to the manager on the phone and told him i was interested and paying cash so he drove to my place... but ended up driving to mine with a Pirelli I ended up driving it for a while and fell in love with it and ended up buying it today. It was quite impulse but I guess all that matters is that I am happy now... wife isn't too happy though with the big purchase

So are you telling us now that the Pirelli you bought was already registered? Anyway, still FANTASTIC DEAL... Well done...

You should look on the Mk6 Forum under Dealer Negotiations - Friend just bought a White Mk6 2.0TDI with Sunroof, DSG for $37,800 d/a in Victoria. You should be able to get it cheaper than that, but the car was available for immediate delivery...

hahaha are you aware of the differences / tuning potential in a Pirelli?
If not, you're in for a pleasant surprise.
