Sage, I have a surplus GT rear valence in the shed that I may be willing to part with.
      PM me if you're interested.

Sage - not answering your question, but I have a Golf GT Sport TSI rear valance (still on the car) that will be changed over - probably this week. It's an insurance changeover as the missus was lightly rear-ended. The only damage is a couple of marks along the edge under the numberplate. It is it any use I am sure I could get the old one to keep. Coburg or North Fitzroy.

FYI the VW part price is $230.

Diesel? Christ...try a GTI at night.

I was shocked when i first gave mine a proper squirt at night. Looked like I was driving a diesel! All that expensive PULP went straight out the back lol

              Damn right! and looks different!

first wash your windscreen so it lightly moistens the offending tailgater behind you, then floor it so that it covers them in a layer of soot that will stick like the proverbial mud to a blanket.
