i dont get rattles.
and the only ones i do get is due to the crappy factory speakers not being able to produce good bass.
only had 1 warranty claim in 3 months and they replaced the item no problems.
if youre going to clock a lot of kms in peak hour, get the DSG. if you have the extra bit of coin (which isnt too much these days) get the pirelli.
its a much better platform to start with and will keep you slightly separated from the thousands of other GTIs out there. (plus DSG owns manual by far!

the car's reliable, as are most new cars. start modding it and things could change, again like most cars.
quality wise, there is no comparison between jap and euro cars. (this is my second euro car amongst a swagga of jdms) and the euro cars are always better built and harder to DIY.
