Anyone else got a GTI in Blue Graphite?

HI Dubbers.

Has anyone else here got a GTI in blue graphite? I haven't even seen one on the road - other than mine of course.

Not wanting to start a "colour X is better than colour Y" war - just wondering if anyone else shares my taste.

No GTI but have a GT. It was originally the wife's choice (I preferred UG) however it grew on me and I now quite like it. Not the 'sportiest' of colours but looks quite classy. The previous car was black, the one before it white so I didn't want either of those two.

Got the Jetta in the graphite...went in to buy black, came out with the graphite (and a 4month wait) couldnt be happier with my choice though

I have a Jetta in Reflex Silver,but if I bought another ,it would be in Graphite.
See thousands of Jettas in that colour,but very few Golfs.
Suits the Golf too,very classy look.

Yeah I agree - the Red and Black (and Pirelli yellow) look more sporty, but I was going for the understated look.

My last car (Subaru Outback) was Silver/Grey and I wanted something different to that.

I have a Blue Graphite GTI. I've seen a couple of others around Sydney. I wanted Shadow Blue but it was discontinued for MY08.

It does look classy, but not particularly sporty. I think it looks better on the Golf than the Jetta.

I've changed the wing mirror indicators for the in.pro smoked lenses and the rear tail lights for LEDs - with the darker R32 style suround. I think these changes really suit the BG

Thats funny as i love the colour but think its suits the Jetta more than the Golf.

We all have different perspectives (heres my jetta - one the day i bought her home, and one more recent)

When I was buying I saw one like that (BG outside, Latte inside) at Essendon VW. It looked great, and I was quite tempted - but since I will be putting muddy/wet bikes and people in the car during it's life, I figured that the Latte would quickly change to Macchiatto - so grey was more practical.

A colleague at work has a blue graphite GTI (I think - could be GT)

I originally wanted spice red but they'd stopped producing it. Both times now I've bought a VW the colour selection has been pw.

Black, white, any shade of grey.

Blue graphite was the only 'colour' and I, too, waited the 4 months for 'my car'.

Happy as anything now, of course. It is a classy colour. Looks great with the sun on it.
