Take it to VW and ask them to 'demonstrate' how to remove the bulb. That way if something breaks, you're covered.

Ok, so I've managed to replace the low beam and Parker on the drivers side. Do I need to remove the air intake box to replace the passenger side ? (I only just got my hands in the drivers side with enough room to use long nose pliers to remove the Parker, I had no chance trying to do this with just fingers inside that small space).
