Whats the diff between the two... ones bigger the other is smaller?
Are Xenons worth the money?
The xenons are white (globe) light on a projector-style reflector that looks like someone's thick glasses whereas LEDs are a group of smaller light sources like say the Audi's pretty-eyelash DRLs. Your Jetta's rear lights are LEDs.
I reckon xenon is worth every penny of it with the brighter and more directional headlight.

Know of a cheap, yet high in quality place where i can get my hands on them?
Seen some on ebay.. but im not too sure if its trustworthy...
Errr.... it's a totally different assembly with the normal halogen car headlight so it's a bit more complicated to install after-market if you don't have it factory-installed.
I wouldn't recommend it.... but there are many threads here if you search around where some people have installed them after-mkt but the ADR (Aust Design Rules) will require you to install jet washer and headlight auto height adjustments, etc. to be street legal.
seriously, after driving in my car with xenons, and driving my old car without, the difference is huge!!!!!!!!!!! Normal reflector type lights are so dim in comparison!

The lo beam Xenons on my Octy have a much better spread of light out to each side than the std halogen headlights - very useful for seeing things like kangaroos lurking in the roadside shrubbery.
I just wish it had hi beam Xenons as well like Golfs do (damn penny pinching Skoda accountants)
Like pretty well everyone else that has driven with Xenons on country roads, all my future cars will have Xenons if at all possible.
