Golf mk5 heater problem

Hi all, While doing a general check of the mk5 TDI BKD, I discovered that the heater had a problem. The heater is too hot and shows no signs of cooling down unless it is completely turned off after running the car for 30 minutes. Initially when starting up everything is fine.


Has anyone encountered this situation?
