Turning on trailer mode using OBDELEVEN

Hi everyone, wondering if someone here can help me activate the towing mode in the ECU using my OBDELEVEN scan tool.

I have a genuine tow kit which I’ve now fully fitted and wired but I just need to activate. I am not really wanting to ‘play around’ in the long coding area and hoping someone has done this already and would be willing to talk me through it. I have the OEM instructions but these are obviously for the VAG tool and don’t directly relate to what I’m seeing in the OBD interface.

Thanks Hawk, with the info in the link and some other stuff I managed to bumble my way through the interface and now have a correctly coded trailer module!!!

One further question I have about the park assist (PDC) is that there was no option for 0-30 so I just set it to 30. Does this mean that even when the trailer is off, my sensor distance is now modified? If so, I think I'd be willing to put up with some beeping on the odd occasion when reversing the trailer than lose the setting for normal use. Incidentally, I did note that before I changed it to 30cm, it was set at 0, not 11cm.
