  • Golf Mk5 Dynamic Indicators

I am looking to buy a set of these dynamic indicators for the wing mirrors on our Mk5 2.0 TDI and I wondered if anyone could recommend a seller that they have bought these from and if they are any good?

    Any info would be helpful.

    Thanks.

The products from iilumo are pretty good. I have several of their LED items on my MK7 GTI and they fit well, are of good quality and work without any issues.

I had a look at them and they do look to be good quality although they are maybe more expensive than others, they are made in Australia and that has it's benefits.

I know you can buy cheaper on eBay etc but I don't think they will be of the same quality as iilumo so I was just checking to see if anyone had bought them from any other sellers and if they were reliable and good quality.

You have at least confirmed the quality of the iilumo ones for me so many thanks for that.

I bought mine from aliexpress back in 2016 and they are still going strong. I can't find the details as I've closed my account since but they were less than $60....

Ebay seems to sell them for $30 and Amazon has them for $50-$90... I'm sure they are all made in the same factory lol

I very much doubt they are made in Australia. But the seller is in Australia so you will receive them within a few days of ordering them, which cant be said for any of the cheaper ones through Aliexpress coming from China which can take 30-45 days to get here (sometimes longer).

You are also paying for customer service so if one is damaged in transit or is faulty etc, they will replace it for you.

If possible I prefer dealing with companies in Australia to get good customer service and resolve any issues quicker.

I had a look around and discovered these VW Golf Mk5 Sequential Mirror LEDs (Pair)
                – Supernova Lighting
which are at a local company only 15 minutes drive away and I can pick them up and if there are any issues I can get them resolved immediately.

They also look to be good quality with good customer service according to the reviews so I'll maybe give them a go.

Thanks to both of you for your comments/feedback, it's appreciated.
