After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Just to throw a spanner in the works, heavy trucks do have manually operated trailer(Stretch) brakes. these brakes can be operated separately from, or in conjunction with the prime movers brakes.

I don't understand why you would spend $30K+ on a car and then skimp on a $2-300 cable connection (there is a new kit out that for the towbar and harness is around $500 installed - can't remember who is selling them off the top of my head - in the golfmkv australia forum look for a post by dingah on bike moving).website: www.my-gti.comComment
