I wouldn't touch VW finance with a 10 ft pole! Firstly, they are not "VW finance" in the sense that bmw is. They are just 'agents' for Capital Finance who will stich you up in fees and also massive payout penalties. And just like morgtage brokers, they get massive kick backs in the form of referral fees. So basically they all win, except you.

I can vouch for bank west and bmw which are pretty decent as far as finance companies go. With interest rates coming down, I think external would definately be the way to go
