Jetta TFSI vs GTI Stock Exhaust Differences?

How different are they? Stock for stock, I note that the Jetta is a fair bit quieter than the GTI.

GTI might have the noise pipe so it seems louder inside, but outside it is the same.
MK6 got the electric soundakator.

I saw no difference when I replaced my downpipe, I order a pipe to fix a GTI and it bolted straight up, the last section looked the same as all GTI pics I saw.
