I ended up buying an absolute monstrosity of a fmic that Gav recommended. Both pipes are on the same side so it can hook up to the stock piping pretty easy.

I should of held off until I saw your responses as I would have preferred not to have a inter cooler visible on the car.

Fmic>smic, did you get a seat or forge fmic? If you paint it black you'll barely notice it there

I'd think about a front mount in the future mate. A better side mount would work in the mean time.

Nah we were just doing some quick checks before letting the car go.
The car has the SPM SMIC which is a massive upgrade over the stock unit. No doubt a front mount would be better but the nature of a front mount on these cars makes it difficult for the car to pass a roadworthy inspection afterwards in Victoria.

As above. If youre chasing the best results a front mount will probably perform better. An aftermarket side mount is a compromise that works significantly better than the stock SMIC.

Friend gave me a set of these xxr wheels 18x9+35 I think .. Good fitment. Don't really care about them.. Just really there for the grip . Coilovers are going in soon.
