I vote coilovers, the ride is no harsher than with springs and you can get it to sit how you want. I always had a little reverse rake with the h&rs and I hated it.
What wheels are the orange ones dude? and what are the specs?
As an update to my thread my golf build has come to an end It's sad but I can't do anything else to her! I'd do a 1.8t conversion but I find it much more practical to just buy a gti so she's now for sale
Here are some of the pictures I've taken for the ad.
If you're interested let me know

My wheels are 17" Denver's off a 2013 Polo GTi. Which are 17x7 +46. As the offset is so high, the tires weren't clearing my front coilovers. I came across a set of 25mm bolt on spacers to bring the wheels out more and fill the guards. This made the offset +21 and look alot better. As i recently got the correct profile tyres on the front (225/45/r17) i found them to be rubbing my guards on bumps, so i rolled them with one of my mates.
Before hand i had 215/40/r17's which were on the wheels when i bought them, and that put my speedo out by 10kms
Hope this helps

Thanks Guys!
It is pretty clean for its age besides a few little scratches here and there but not too noticeable.
And yes it is stock as a rock haha! The old owner put a brand new oem clutch and flywheel in last week so that was a bonus, but would've liked to put an upgraded one in aha. But whats done is done, i just have to work on it as it is
Wheels and brakes are first on the list being that they need replacing and then more mods will follow!
Will possibly order coils next week depending on how uni treats me haha :/
I could say that i wished i kept my suspension, but then i wouldn't have got the sale, as the guy wanted my 1.6L as it was. A few people have seen it getting around recently in Adelaide so ill be funny if i pull up next to him some time soon lol
