    Hey guys,

Try going into an Autobarn close to you and ask them for some aerpro wiring harnesses. They use the factory wiring and plug n play to what every unit you need. Ie pioneer clarion or jvc. I'll look up the bora today at work as im just about to start.

    It saves cutting and joing!

Sometimes you just gotta connect the wires. I changed one pioneer unit for another pioneer and they had different plugs going into the unit. They probably were more than five years different (just a guess looking at the difference in feature).

The wiring is alot easier if you have the manual with it. the only wire i couldn't attach was the dimming function cause the head unit couldn't do it aeropro is good

This explains most of the common colours

in terms of connecting the iphone and rear view camera you might be able to get a double adaptor from jaycar or somewhere but its probably more of a software issue whether the head unit can do it. Just use blue tooth to connect the phone?

RE: rear view camera & iPhone:
The connectors are called 'RCA' connectors, and by the sounds of it, you MIGHT be ok...

Option 1: I'm assuming that the USB can deal with the iPhone.. and the camera only needs the YELLOW RCA which is video input..

Option 2: If the iPhone doesn't work from the USB (though it should), then it can just input Audio (no controlling it) through the 2 Audio RCAs, RED and WHITE.. the RED one is for RIGHT channel Audio, the White one is LEFT channel Audio, and the YELLOW is VIDEO.. so technically, you SHOULD be able to connect them all at once.. If the Head Unit has issues (it shouldn't, they should be separate sources in the controls) you will need to find some kind of RCA switching device..

RE: 0guage: it's pretty expensive to waste, maybe measure it out with some string.. like the 'actual' route, and then add a bit..

            2004 Bora audio setup help

Thanx for that. I'm surprised about the iPhone connectivity in the unit; it will work iPhone audio ( 2 way) but the website says that in order for video to work it requires this special jvc cable ( the dual USB RCA one. Tbh I can't quite understand how this couldn't be done through USB. Ill measure out the zero gauge as you suggested
