Nothing better than a smooth running engine now, great work. Are you still having issues with the Cupra R lip?
Yeah I am, mainly because a lot of the tabs have been cut off etc. I may just end up ordering a new one and selling this one dirt cheap to someone who wants to drill it in haha. We'll see how I go next weekend if I can steal Corey to come over and help with the heat gun

And officially have Ground Control Camber plates in now, and a lowered rear end
The ground control camber plates are f**cking noisy turning at low speeds, but I can get up to -3.5 degrees of camber on both sides if I felt so inclined hehe Currently running -2.00 degrees up front though as a street and track friendly setup with 0 toe on both front and rear and both sides.
Fluidampr Crank pulley is being difficult as my stock pulley doesn't want to come off without bending tools (which it did) so Mike at Prestige and Performance is making up another tool so that he can get the bugger off and put the Fluidampr one on in the next week or so Mike is a top Bloke and as always today he showed it by staying overtime till 5:45 (ON A FRIDAY!) to try and sort the crank pulley issue

HAHA! Oh god... Um 4 cars, one of which went into limp mode and wouldn't accelerate. Then one lost its rear passenger brake pad, followed by the calliper falling off. So it didn't really happen that was all before 9:30am if I recall correctly. So I went to lunch at George's Paragon.
Unfortunately it just wasn't meant to be yesterday But my car survived with not a single problem, which was unusual haha

Had a quick read but couldn't find anything but did you say you are running adjustable rear control arms Jed?
Reason I ask is I'm pretty sure I'm ordering some this week and was leaning towards the uspmotorsports ones for the price and spherical joints.
The gruvenparts arms just seem to be priced a little steep.
Hey mate, yeah I'm running adjustable upper and lower rear control arms from Gruvenparts. They give a lot of adjustability at the rear and I have the spherical joints as well. These joints make a bit of squeak and noise as there is no rubber so you have to grease them up once in a while to minimise this So it's no biggy.
The gruvenparts were the main ones when I ordered, apparently KW actually have some as well. There are a few more options now from what I've seen. Gruvenparts do seem to be one of the pricier ones though. Just make sure you get upper and lower so you can adjust toe and camber, as my toe went crazy with only camber adjustment... Some people find this doesn't happen others do. But it's easier to just get both sets to start with in my opinion

Ahhh okay! Yep I've read a bit about the gruvenparts control arms and apparently over a little time the spherical ends get a little bit of play in them. Nothing to worry about but they just become a little noisy.
Yeah I just enquired about a price for the KW arms, but according to the UK sites they are 270 euros a pair haha.
Whereas the USP motorsport arms are $390 for all 4 arms. Think ill order them and see how they go!
