Speaking of Diffs who are you going to get to install the front and rear Diffs? The reason I ask is I have my tranny out at the moment- just installed a Spec stage 3+ clutch and was thinking of getting a front diff.

Yeah the bulk of the work so far has me and friends, some of the things going in now are gonna be done at a local workshop..

It is increasingly hard to work on it, with its ride height etc, i cant get my jack underneath it anymore!

      Cheers, Pedro

Yeah i know what you mean, I have to drive up on to ramps just to get the jack under it. How do you plan on going about the FI setup, are you going to use a prefab kit or have something custom built.

        Cheers Jared.

I cut a few pcs of 2x4 wood to make a small step up to drive my car on so i can get the low boy jack under it. Also made a longer set out of thinner wood so its super .:R lowered friendly. ALso auto barn has a nice set of ramps that are 3 pc that work pretty wheel for lowered cars.

Using a kinetic stage 3 kit, with a GT3582R turbo and some other cool trinkets

Yeah i do use wooden blocks to get the thing up high enough, but its a pain.

Yeah, I too am considering the option of the Kinetic stage 3 with GT3582R turbo and 550cc injectors. For $6500USD, it really does seem like the most plausable turbo option for me. Have you contacted the guys from Kinetic? Do their kits cross over to RHD? Do they ship international?

Brakes to go in this week.

Next week the car will be sent to Golfwagen to have a bit of an overhaul/major service.

The week following its going into paint to clean up dings and a re-spray!
