    hey, just seeing whats the best way to take off your rear tail lights? thanks

    um.... undo the bolts holding them in

    What model is it? I have a Mk 4 Bora and theres three bolts holding each light in. Undo those and they pop straight out

      both the bora and golf have three bolts holding the lights. you need an 8mm socket to take them out. bora is a bit more difficult due to the lack of space, so if you don't want to lose your socket inside use a spanner instead hope this helps

          One light on the Golf has a weird spike on one corner too.

          The corner of the light can snap off if you pull it the wrong way too hard.

          Look for a DIY on vortex or ukmkivs for some pics.
