Smoke machine is one of the best tools in my van mate, you will see it in action Saturday, we will iron out those little ones that are left . Such a simple concept but so effective. Not only does it find boost/air leaks but i have dye in it and it can fine tricky oil leaks for the win

Now to see if i can whip up some longer home made end links or take the step of deleting the sway completely.

Quick question guys, my friend with 1.6 mk4 Golf had the coolant sensor come on (it's low).

The manual says replace it with VW 774 F coolant. Does it have to be this? Is this only available at Austral VW in Brisbane?

I'm taking a look at the car tomorrow, our office is in Milton...

edit: Just read it should be G12+ coolant, just gotta find somewhere close to work that sells it!

Dad and I have spent the last 4 hrs building some new end links for my car from my broken whiteline adjustables.
end result... AWESOME! no more funky noises, no more rubbing on the control arm, car drives a million times better. its only taken like 1.5-2 years to get it sorted...
Now the test will be to see if it can handle more lows so i can get the car sitting where i want it on the new wheels (should be easy as they are much bigger rolling diameter then the bbs)

Get plenty of pics when you reveal these at the Nats - looking forward to seeing the new look. Glad you got your swaybar sorted. Do you think it's a design fault with the Whiteline as I was considering grabbing one for the Golf and won't if it's poorly designed ...
