Looks good - I think you would have regretted the tiger print pretty quickly ...Originally posted by gringo_54_oval View PostOk i took the appropriate direction and didnt go the fluffy tiger print material so i went for similar to boot material

that looks good! wish i could afford to lose some boot.
Nice tails btw!
I started collecting the tools needed to remove my front suspension. removed the strut hat (or whatever there called) only to find my strut mount basically split in two... bit over due with 160,000km+ on the clock and coilovers for the last 40-50,000 of those. poor car haha
Fitted my roof racks and basket up with the plan of picking up some wheels this weekend...
Anyone want some dope axis wheels?

Are you talking the rubber bit or the bearing piece that has snapped? Was it tightened too much before or did you hit the mother of all bumps? I swear the roads over here get worse every day ...Originally posted by dylan8 View Postremoved the strut hat (or whatever there called) only to find my strut mount basically split in two... bit over due with 160,000km+ on the clock and coilovers for the last 40-50,000 of those. poor car haha

Are they both oldies? Might account for any discrepancy in ride height from one side to the other if only one of them is that compressed.Originally posted by dylan8 View Post

Makes a big difference with the refresh kit that's for sure ... Car looks great! Those wheels are sweet - love the dish(!) - what are you replacing them with?
Edit: Are you running spacers with them?Last edited by RolfGolf; 04-04-2011, 11:26 PM.

Ah for a "4 stage" it was $350 but if you want his "7 stage" its about $450 i think. The seven stage is the most serious one and only really required if it has swirl marks.Originally posted by geoff_gti View PostHow much roughly? I'm due for one too...sigpic
