What have you done to your mk4 (golf/bora) today?

i am going to "Attempt" to start detailing my car tomorrow. i have 3 days, maybe i should start.. could be an idea!

Doing some reading on Vortex, unless you're really interested in tracking your car the LSDs aren't really worth it apparently. Haldex, springs, shocks and swaybars is the economical way of doing things. Even the turbo dnd supercharger guys aren't too interested in them.

It's a bit different with 2wd vs 4wd.

Essentially my car will be an S3 engined 2wd - without the LSD it would be spinning all the way through to third and make it near impossible to power out of corners.

Just took it for a squirt in the wet. 2nd used to be a waste and now it's pretty good. I can still break traction in second and that was a bit interesting but the general traction was much better.

woot, started to do my car today (polish/detail). been sometime since i have so thought really get into it..

big thanks to Jade Auto for allowing me to use a small section of the shop, and vince for providing me lunch food haha.

(clayed the entire car, top to toe and suprised how clean it was. the rear bar and underside of the doors was probably the worst but not as bad as i had thought it would of been)

good work Pierre, I'd be suprised if u told me the clay bar was filthy after use seeing as u use a fair bit of product on the car 2 keep it protected.
