Yeh I guess haha, unfortunately I've got a slow 1.6l but the lip sits the lowest.

Your subframe or dogbone mount will be the lowest if its stock.
Best thing is cops always look for a low exhaust or low side skirts (commodores etc) so most police don't pay golfs any attention

Oh that sucks! Where do they measure the car height from?

Got a wheel alignment. Car now goes straight !
While everyone is talking about height. I got down with a tape measure, lowest part of the car is 98mm from the ground. This is the plastic engine splash tray and sides, which are hanging a bit low, broken mountings etc. If I get some replacements, or get handy with wire I'm sure I could get it up the required 2mm. Or I could just rip them out.
Chassis rails are 110mm.
My driveway, speed bumps at work and local shopping centre are not an issue.

Yep, thats sway bars,
Water pump, belt, tensioner
Stage one clutch kit too.
Maybe going to add coils packs but trying to keep cost down for now as the lil one is due in november lol

Defect all cleared just before,
Could have had it done on Monday if the mechanic I went too had a clue
