That might be mine Had it for nearly 2 years now, and I picked it up in a 2nd hand yard here in Perth. It was a UK import, specifically from the Jersey Islands. Because its islands they dont need to salt the roads there, so the body is in perfect condition. Also maybe because it was an island, the mileage was low too for its age (built 2003, and just over 40k miles when I bought it, and around 44k now).

Just had a look at your intro thread - don't know how I missed it. Nice car! (love the two door) - though I think there's at least one more with a subtle body kit and different wheels - was in Queensland from memory.

Make sure you order the part for the fuel flap release button as by default they supply a coin holder for the spot where it goes.

ie. US cars had the release mounted in the door. AUS are centre console mounted near the handbrake, therefore a US style centre console needs the plate for the fuel release button to sit against. There's a part number kicking around a thread on here from memory.

I had the same question, but it worked out fine. Got a couple of looks from some kids in a Honda and dudes at the wreckers when I rocked up, threw it on and left.

Yea lachlan ill be looking into it when i get it. Oh and i got my new windscreen wipers today from europe. Aero style ones just intime for the rain
