I started to get annoyed with my KW V1s today after driving on terribly bumpy roads. Does anyone know if 50mm lowering springs would be much of an improvement in comfort?

What size wheels. Standard 225/45/17 or 215/40/18 or 225/40/18 are the norm.

Would depend on whether you have matched shocks to go with them I guess ... I've moved to an Eibach Sportline spring and Koni Shock set-up and it's certainly not as bone-jarring as the previous combo I had (lowers by 45-50mm). YMMV though ... (I'm on 17's too).

Argh. I'm going to have to rethink my life. I'd definitely get good quality springs and shocks but it'd have to be a noticeable improvement to be worth it.
