Thanks for the replies. Yeah that's the idea, do you guys know whats behind the euro plate holder once you take it off?
A bunch of holes I bet, so its worth a respray?

I've been thinking of where to put the plate once its gone, JMD style (smaller plate in the lower right grille) or just in the center. The thing is if I get it resprayed, I'm not keen on putting more holes in it

yeah its a hideous addition to the clean bumper otherwise...

remove it by pressing dimples (clip's centres)
you will be left with 4 holes. they need to be plastic welded or similar to be tidied up. need to do mine, but never get a chance to allocate money for it

Well it started and didn't go bang so i guess that's a good sign. Problem is it has a huge air leak from the missing bolt in the intake. And the clutch didn't exactly bleed properly.

I got the holes filled on my r32 bumper - round $200 iirc. Worthwhile investment. Looks so much cleaner. My front number plate is on the lower middle grill.

Shark fin areal
Matt black VW badges front and rear
Removed all r32 badges
Eyebrows
K&N typhoon induction kit
Just now need to sort out finding some 25mm and 10mm wheel spacers, where is the best place to get these from??

Bought it on eBay, BMW style, just pulled the head liner down from the back very slightly and reached in!!

I will wash the car at the weekend and then take some pics!

Properly bled the clutch this time! Rear diff oil change, Haldex oil change and haldex filter change. Haldex filter tool is a MUST! Kinda thankful i did the flywheel job, makes everything seem easy in comparison.
