Brake Upgrade in Bora 4 Motion

QS- I spoke to James and he is getting back to me tomorrow with prices. He said yours were actually EBC / TURBO GROOVE DISCS (so not RDA?). Did you do the replace the rears as well or simply OEM with red stuff? Thanks for the heads up!

My rears were ok, probably do them at my next service with the grooves and Red-stuff. I will have to take a picture but the difference in brake dust between front and rear is day and night. And my front's always used to be the worst.

You might have been lucky QS - James is now finding them hard to track down. I'll have to keep my fingers crossed. I'll see what happens in the next week or two.

All good. He tracked down some EBC slotted/dimpled disks + Redstuff pads. Unfortunately due to the weak aussie dollar the price has gone up $50.00 on the rotors since his last order and I have to wait as they won't be here until Janurary 21 Still got a bit of life left in my OEMs so I'll survive.

Unfortunately I have to work. So hopefully next time. As I live up in the Dandenongs I know what you mean. The windy roads up here are great . Decent brakes will make a big difference. Have fun tomorrow.

James was able to put on the EBC slotted/dimpled disks + Redstuff pads today I just have to now see if I can take things easy for a few weeks to break them in properly
