I think I have a major problem here though:

Every piece of lighting equipment that comes off Ebay does that, even one of my front indicators !

some clear silicone should fix that up...

I don't think I can edit them now. Whenever I go to edit the thread they now just show up as little thumbnails and not the code. Or am I doing it wrong?

Try editing in advanced text? there should be a little tick-box somewhere around the page that would let you see only codes and no pictures.

EDIT: Is that water in there? If it is, it's easy to get out, all you need is to pop out the indicator and unplug the light..

..and grab some sort of stick, wrap paper towel on the end and poke it through the hole and wipe away the water

Yeah unfortunately it is water. I have noticed it inside my front passenger side indicator also

I think my headlights must have come from Ebay then also as I have noticed them get a little bit of moisture too at times.

To get the side repeaters off, just get a flathead and tape the edge so as not to harm your paint, and pry the indicator unit out from the top or bottom (don't remember..)it'll pop out and you can pull it out. then twist the light-globe housing and pop that out too.

As Branko said, just grab some silicone and re-line the edges of the seals with silicone to mask up any holes

Get a flat-head and wrap it with some masking tape, then carefully pry off the indicators from both sides. You can apply some force if they don't budge, as long as you're careful with the paint.

Yeah, use a blow-dryer to get rid of the condensation, then seal up the bulb holes with masking tape, and apply some silicon (any will do). Wait overnight then attach back onto car

CHeers for the help guys. If I can get a moment tomorrow I'll shall try to take them off the car.

Also I am close to having my fog lights hooked up. I've got a 30A relay, the fog lights themselves and European Fog light switch. Just have to get the wiring harness at can get it under way.

How do I take out the dummy fog lights?

And if you don't have that use the car key, I use that for everything from car repairs, screwdriver(both), box-cutter and even as a knife!

Be careful with that though - silly me used too much force and bent one of my keys slightly Still works though; it's just a more tighter fit.

the reason the water gets on the inside of the headlights is because of the difference in temperature fro mthe inside to the out. if you put a hole at the back (in the plastic) with little plastic tube hanigng out, the temperature stays the same and the rain water doesnt get in.

otherwise, seal it up with silicone

as soon as i got my side indicators off ebay I pulled em apart and resealled them properly with silicone.
