Contrary to popular belief, I did get to enjoy them properly I just drove out of my driveway, around the round-about, and parked across the road! 20 seconds of CHUFFED! hehehe. I just finished polishing the handles and they're not so sticky now. They're going to match perfectly with my bumpers, so it was a good choice for Ray and I to use clearcoat.

Semi slicks are a waste of time unless you seriously want to use it for comp. Plus you can have trouble with cold tearing if you want to use them as an everyday tyre.

My last Semis lasted 20,000 km. They were Falken Azines RT615's on my 2004 Barina SRI, but I never had a problem with cold tearing, or any other related problems. I love semi slicks, and totally recommend them, but , as with everything, its up to the guy running on them. If you rotate them regularly, you have no dramas. I run on mine every day, and love them.
