Also got recommendation about the top strut mounts, they are worn but noted that if we replace those then it will put pressure on the next weakest part and wear that out. Better to just do everything at once or wait it out until it gets worse.Past - '95 VW Golf MK3 VR6

Yea I'm doing my strut mounts tomorrow just to get it through the Roadworthy.
