          Think I may have found something;

          Anyone know if 40 offset in a 17x7 will be ok on a VR6? (looks towards Ray )

            Cutting it close when it comes to the suspension but it'll clear. Ideally you'd want 30+ for that size.

              Pretty sure the only offset in 5x100 in those is +40

                    they dont give offsets or pcd?!

                    that 40 offset might be alright though the big thing on vr6's is the caliper clearance, you may need to run a 5mm spacer with some of these aftermarket rims def dry fit before you buy!

                      I have 7mm spacers on the front already and was probably gonna go 10-15mm spacers on the rear so it may be ok. +40 offset means they will sit 5mm further in than the +35 offsets I have on now right (same rim width)?

                          If the Diablos are 7" wide, yep Though it doesn't usually infer less brake clearance. That really depends on the design of the wheel, and how much the face design accommodates the calipers.

                            Yeah brake clearance is more of a depth of spoke issue as you say, I was more worried about them hitting suspension etc.

                              You should have hardly any problems with caliper clearance compared to what i will have lol. I wouldnt worry about hitting the suspension unless uve got coils and they are wound down alot

                                You have to be careful ask Tim but with some coilovers you need spacers so they don't hit the tyre
