    If I ever go 5stud and 17s, it will be a set of fat fives, absolutely love them and they suit the mk3 sooo well..... yummmmmm

        Audi TT wheels are 5x100 Straight fit, hub-centric to our cars, perfect offsets for a good fitment (few mm spacers if you really want them flush with the guards). Oh, and they come in a painted silver finish, not polished up like that!
        Past: Mk3 Golf 2L 8V, Audi 8L A3T.
        Present: Mk3 Golf variant.

            if your going for looks 17" should be ok. may get some guard rubbing though.
            16" is the size I would go for personally. O.Z's are a good wheel & nice and light as well. anything bigger than that and you will get a really hard ride and feel every bump. they make them with 15's for a reason.

            oh and 16's are the new 17's

                    The reason I'm looking for 17x7-7.5 is that I already have 17"s with good tyres, so I really want to just have to buy rims. Thanks guys
