Got my adaptors today, 15mm and 18mm. Would highly recommend caold_cable off eBay if you are looking for adapters, 260 for a set of 4 including nuts, any specification you want and they only took 2 days to get here after ordering. On par with my 42DD adaptors but half the price.

Yea I usually take my patrol off road and leave the mk3 for the flats. But you know, whatever floats your boat.
