Spent the day cutting, polishing, sealing and waxing the vr today. Most of it came out great, apart from the roof which looks like the previous owner took a rake to it.

That colour Mmmmmm.
Been really tempted to give mine the ol' cut n polish but I've been holding of due to the clear coat peeling on the roof. Don't want to destroy it even more and I don't want to do the whole car and not the roof.

Tinted indicators red, 2 coats vht and 3 clear then some 2000grit and then cut, came up sweet.

Yeah still decently bright and a little orange. Have a spare 3/4 can of vht I'll never use if you need.

That would be sweet, cheapest all reds ever. I wanted to get some cl tails and try and get them looking like a blacked tinted all red.

Yeah it looks great compared to the orange. I don't but I'll get some once the Remus is on.

i'm actually so jealous of those lights!! they loook so fkn good! i'm inlove with this car! i think if you had some wheels with abit of dish it'd be perfection! but the wheels you have now are really sweet! i was trying to look them up what are they called, are they oem from another VAG car?
