got it all together ok, flashed the engine (without running) and replaced with good oil, fired up ok and was running for good 20 min
it was late last night so didnt have time to have a look at cooling water so i assume that that is a part of the problem...
problem is that the temperature is going a bi crazy, as it warmed up to normal 90 it stayed there for a while and just when i though that all is good it started climbing, went all the way to 115 and then came back to 95, just to back to 110 and back to 90 in spam of 10 min
would the thermostat be in question with bad cooling water combined or some third thing that you can think of and im forgeting
thanks for ur imput, happy about getting it done finally, im getting the engine flush solution today so i can get the white stuff out completelly and im replacing the coolant and im hoping that this will solve the temp prob

all good,
bought this solution for flushing cooling system (cheers matt for the tip) kept the car running for bout 25 min, then drained cooling fluid, had a hose running through for a while as well then got coolant in there
at the same time, had flushing solution in the engine, drained oil (looked rather watery) placed new oil in, ran the car for a while, took it for a 10min drive got back and the temp was sitting at 85 the whole time, left it for another 15min to run, after 10 min got up to 90 thats where the fans kicked in and kept it there
