ive just had enough of highway patrol defecting a car for the only reason of suspension too low? ok you tell us this but why? why are you saying under 100mm is too low? what makes 85mm so dangerous in comparison to 100mm? what about other **** they forget to check like my brakes? my car was locked and not running, he didn't check my brakes, or lights, or my horn? or my seat belts! imagine if all those didnt actually work when i was pulled over..... yet, for some reason, a car that's lower than 100mm HAS TO BE DEFECTED!

yeah... nice one highway patrol, i hope you guys see this... its supposed to be seen, wake up and police some real sh*t....

If you really wanted to know the apparent justification for it, you'd find it in the second reading of the act that sets 100mm as the lowest height.

Not saying I agree... or that that's the point of what you're saying, nonetheless if you were having a real crack at the reasons why 100mm was chosen, that'd be an avenue to start in finding out what considerations were taken.

The sort of thing you'd find on Hansard.

Not a smartarse answer, I'd like to see a liberalisation of modification laws, better communication to the public, and more of a safety focus on enforcement.
