    well i would check with vicroads first. But that seems to imply if the car was sold in a local variant. It is possible.

    BUT. Non airbag models may use other things as well to comply with ADR69. For example. If a non airbag model had seatbelt pretensioners and the airbag model didnt. Then u would need to fit those to be compliant. Not a likely examply. But still. Something to consider. Its all about what combination of equipment has been approved

      Science, you should change the clockspring. Then you airbag will work. I`ll sell you one for $80 if you like.

      I reckon its illigal to remove the airbag and maybe not a good idea. If you did it and put it back on before rego, who would know? Unless you crash, then you would be sorry.

        Yeah i think ill check... Anyways an after market steering wheel doesnt make the car go faster
